An international infrastructure company turned a stakeholder review into an action plan, monitored to completion
An international infrastructure company wanted an outside view of how it engaged its stakeholders, inside and outside the organisation.
We assessed the experience of each stakeholder group, found where it broke, and built an action plan with owners and dates.
The plan was monitored in action until it was complete. Stakeholder experience and brand image improved together, because they were treated as one programme rather than two.
