We built the firm so that this is a rule rather than luck: three decades of senior standards written into how every study is designed, checked and delivered, so the judgement reaches your deliverable every time, and the system does the manual work that used to take weeks.

The system and the senior
The system carries the standards: it checks designs against the question, screens field data, traces every figure back to its table and drafts to a house style. That is the manual work that used to take weeks, and it is why answers arrive in days.

We stay from the brief to the boardroom: the design conversation, the field, the reading of the data, the presentation, and the questions that come a month later. Clients call us partners because that is how the work runs, and most of our work each year comes from people we have worked with before.
Two ways to work with us
A full study. You bring the decision. We design, field, analyse and report, and a senior researcher stays on it from proposal to presentation.
Your design, our field and checks. You have the questionnaire and the plan. We review the design, field it to our standards, and deliver clean data and tables. Common with universities, agencies and in-house teams.
Fieldwork and partners
Fieldwork runs through a vetted bench of partners across India and in more than fifteen countries, chosen study by study for the population and the mode, briefed, supervised and audited by our own team. Online fieldwork runs anywhere. Eight or more Indian languages in-house, more through partners.
Compliance and respondent care
Fully compliant and transparent on every protocol. Recordings, responses and personal data are handled under written agreements, kept only as long as the study needs them, and never used to identify a respondent to a client. Consent is sought for every recording; clients receive audio and transcripts, and video never leaves our systems. We work around your constraints, and set the arrangements out in writing before fieldwork starts. Details are in our privacy notice.
Who is in the room
The people named in the proposal do the work. A named senior researcher leads every study; the founder reviews every design and every release. Qualitative work runs with long-standing moderator partners. Statisticians, gender and sector specialists are brought in by study.
