Quality
Every study runs through seven documented checks before release, led by a named senior researcher. Field data is screened for speed, consistency, duplication and location before analysis. Every number in a report traces to a table and every table to the questionnaire. Deliverables that pass carry the QED mark.
Ethics and respondent protection
Informed consent for every interview and every recording. No respondent is identified to a client. Vulnerable populations, minors and sensitive topics are handled under protocols agreed in advance. We work with independent ethics committees in India where formal review is required, and bring in gender and sector specialists by study.
Data protection and security
Personal data is processed under written agreements and the applicable law in India and Singapore. Data is kept only as long as the study needs it and deleted at project close unless the contract says otherwise. Clients receive audio and transcripts; video never leaves our systems. Access is role-based and logged. Fully compliant and transparent on every protocol, and glad to work within yours.
