Home · Who we work with

Fieldwork and data for studies that have to survive review.

University departments, research centres and doctoral scholars work with us as a partner: a sounding board on design, a fieldwork arm that reaches the people the study needs, in India and in any market, and a data team that returns clean, documented files ready for the methods section. The work is led by senior researchers who have run multi-country academic surveys.

Where we come in

Review of your design before the ethics submission. Fieldwork and data for a design you own. Or the whole study, from protocol to data. In every case a senior researcher is on it from the first conversation.

Reach

Online fieldwork in any country through quality-screened panels. Face-to-face and telephone fieldwork across India, including rural districts, and elsewhere through vetted partners, supervised by our team. Specific populations recruited through panels and our own networks: farmers, masons, dealers, mothers of young children, premium subscribers, etc.

Standards

The same seven checks as every commercial study, plus the documentation a reviewer expects: sampling frame, response dispositions, weighting, and the exact wording of every scale as fielded. Recordings and personal data handled under written agreements and deleted at project close.

Scale

From a thirty-interview qualitative study to multi-country surveys of several hundred per market. Clear timelines, a pilot first when the instrument is new to the population, and a single point of contact throughout.

How a study runs with us

Design reviewSampling, instrument, mode and analysis plan reviewed before your ethics submission, with a written note of what we would change and why.
Instruments as publishedValidated scales fielded exactly as published, reverse-coded items and construct labels hidden from respondents, translation and back-translation, attention checks, length control, and a pilot when a scale is new to a population.
Ethics and consentConsent and information wording drafted to your committee's template, one-screen consent online, personal-data fields handled to GDPR, PIPL and Indian law. Independent Indian ethics review arranged when a funder requires it.
Reaching the sampleMulti-country online panels with quota control and quality screening; face-to-face and telephone in India, including rural districts and specific populations; masked screening so quotas cannot be gamed.
A change log you controlEvery deviation from your protocol recorded line by line for you to accept or reject, so your methods section matches what was fielded. A pilot market first, so you can adjust before the costly markets open.
What you receiveLabelled SPSS, Stata or CSV files, codebook, weighting notes, field and quality report, response dispositions and a methods paragraph you can adapt for the paper. Data agreements back to back with panels and your institution; recontact consent for a later qualitative phase.

Recent academic work

A five-country consumer survey for a doctoral programme in sustainable luxury: validated scales reviewed and fielded as published, a 41-brand masked screening design, category quotas across markets, consent and data-protection documentation agreed with the supervising institution, a line-by-line change log for the scholar, and labelled data delivered on schedule. Earlier work for foundations and non-profits includes multi-site household baselines and multi-country online surveys.

Grants, budgets and credit

We quote at proposal stage so the budget line is right, work to grant and thesis timelines, and are glad to be acknowledged in publications. A named senior researcher is your contact from the first call to the data handover.

Send us the protocol, or the question you are starting from.

We reply quickly with what we would change, what it would cost to field, and how long it would take.
